Pals told The Sun Online Kim is seething with Coleen's ‘attention seeking’ chat and says Coleen fibbed when she insisted she’d never called the 76-year-old names
KIM Woodburn is “furious” after Coleen Nolan insisted she’d never been “negative” about her in an emotional interview on This Morning.
The 53-year-old singer burst into tears during an interview with Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby and said she was upset about how their meeting on Loose Women last week had played out.
Coleen was blasted after Kim, 76, walked off the set in tears and over 26,000 people signed a petition urging ITV bosses to sack her from the panel.
But she pleaded her innocence earlier today and said: “If I could go back in time I would change the whole thing because it was never meant to be like that.”
However Kim’s pals said she was mutinous after seeing the interview and listening to Coleen’s claims about their history.
Coleen insisted: “It’s hard because I’ve never called her names or anything and she’s called me every name under the sun – in print and on that show.”
But Kim’s friends say that is far from the truth. They explained: “Kim is furious that Coleen not only on TV and said she needed help, but that she claimed she’d never said anything negative about her. That's rubbish.
“In the Celebrity Big Brother house she said Kim was the ‘vilest woman’ she had ever met.
“The incident on Loose Women was really traumatic for Kim and she’s not happy Coleen keeps dragging it up to try and save face.”
Coleen and Kim’s feud started in the Celebrity Big Brother house last year, with Coleen blasting Kim as “f***ing vile”.
During her interview on This Morning, Coleen insisted she was upset at the outcome and said she wished Kim no harm.
She added: “It was so shocking, genuinely shocking, for all of us.
“None of us wanted that.
“I don’t like to see anybody in that much distress, how she was in the end.
“And it was just one of those things. It’s been the worst week of my life, actually. I’m so sorry.”
