Katie Price in court today as she faces losing Mucky Mansion after being hauled back to face judge over £3.2m debt

KATIE Price is set to appear before a court today as she faces losing her Mucky Mansion over a £3.2m debt.

The ex-glamour model has recently attended a number of bankruptcy hearings in London where she was told she could have to lay bare her finances in front of a judge.

Despite being officially declared bankrupt, Katie, 45, splashed out £1.3m on the Sussex pad nine years ago.

The property is now valued at more than £2million and her creditors, who include two lenders against the house, want their money back.

Trustees handling her bankruptcy could sell the home - dubbed Mucky Mansion - in order to settle her debts.

Legal notices placed on the property however, prevent her from selling the home in the small West Sussex village of Dial Post herself.

She is now expected to appear virtually in front of a judge at the Rolls Building today.

It's understood the celeb will present her case and tell the court how she plans to meet her debts or else prove that she needs the property as crucial to her work.

She films much of her OnlyFans content from the property and also featured it in her Channel 4 reality series Katie Price's Mucky Mansion.

A previous short hearing at a specialist insolvency and companies court in London was told public examination over her finances was adjourned.

The mum-of-five did not attend on that occasion and was not represented.

But trustees asked for a re-listing of the questioning after she breached a payment agreement, according to barrister Darragh Connell.

She had previously promised to pay back creditors £12,000 each month.

Katie insisted last month she "isn't broke" during question time on a TikTok live with her followers.

She said: "I live in my own £2.2million house, I own it, nobody can ever take it away from me.

"I wouldn't call that broke, would you?"

Katie later addressed the subject again, saying: "I'm not poor actually, totally the opposite, but thank you."

She previously said in January that being declared bankrupt was "not the end of the world", adding: "Lots of people go into bankruptcies, and I think it's quite good that I am in a bankruptcy - it's made me re-value things.

"Everything in my life is now in place, never be embarrassed about being in a bankruptcy."
