VICTORIA Beckham looks very trim as she showed fans the workout regime she goes at her lavish home gym.
The background of one of Posh's shots showed husband David, apparently shirtless, doing exercises of his own.
The former Spice Girls star pointed him out with an arrow, adding two laughing-face emojis.
She started off her workout regime for fans by showing off her incredible flexibility in black gym gear that revealed her abs.
Doing a stretch where she folded her leg back on itself Victoria, 48, wrote: "I'm in my strength training phase!
"Before and after every session it's key to mobilise and stretch. Recovery is as important as the work itself!"

She added, with a picture of her doing presses on a bench: "I follow with my training session which I vary day-to-day to focus on different areas of the body.
"Today I'm working on my upper body strength with a combination of resistance-based exercises."
She then revealed she has a whey protein shake along with a banana and a handful of nuts.
It's not the first time Victoria has posed footage of her and David working out together, last month sharing a workout they did where they held each other's arms.
