Louis Tomlinson poses with X Factor look-a-like Matt Terry and they are almost identical
The singing hopeful has been compared to the One Direction superstar since the ITV show's audition rounds
X FACTOR hopeful Matt Terry's boyish good looks have seen him compared to show success story Louis Tomlinson from his first audition and proof of their look-a-like status FINALLY came as they posed for a joint selfie.
The pair even sported similar grey suits and black ties as they attended the Pride of Britain Awards in London yesterday.
Both had hit the hair gel hard to add extra volume to their floppy brown locks and their likeness even came down to matching stubble on their chin.
Clearly chuffed to meet the 1D star, Matt posted the picture of the pair together on his Twitter page with the words: "Look who I bumped into," and an Emoji fist.
His shot attracted more than 11,000 likes with numerous fans branding them "twins".
One gushed: "How can people look at this and say they don't look similar OMG THEY LOOK LIKE TWINS," while one of Matt's followers wrote: "Why is Matt taking a selfie with his reflection."
Another quipped: "Which one is Louis?" while one super-fan mused: "I don't think you know how shook the fandom is."
A Twitter user rounded off with: "Omg this is v v v creepy now you've stood next to each other," followed by an Emoji icon crying with laughter.
Matt, 23, exclusively revealed to us being likened to both Louis as well as fellow X Factor success story Olly Murs felt "crazy."
He told us: “I think just being compared to those two are great.
If I can achieve just a tiny bit of what they’ve done – I’d be so happy.”
He added: “It was really ironic because everyone was talking about Louis, and Simon was like he’s like Ollie!
“It feel crazy, I can’t believe that this is happening to somebody like me and to hear all their comments and positivity – I feel so blessed and so grateful.”
The hunk had sailed through a live eviction the night before heading out to the glitzy annual event, hosted by The Mirror, at The Grosvenor in London.

Meanwhile at the same ceremony, Louis appeared to snub Mark Wright.
The former Towie star was on the red carpet at the Pride Of Britain awards with his wifeMichelle Keegan when he spotted the One Direction singer.
But things got a little awkward when Louis decided to bypass Mark completely and made a beeline for Michelle.
Super cool Mark seemed pretty unbothered though and stood smiling with Louis placed a peck on his missus’ cheek.
