But red tape could hamper the presenter and Sun columnist.

Amazon Prime star Jezza, 65 today, has applied to West Oxfordshire district council to retain hard surfacing to the staff car park and create extra customer parking at the popular boozer near Burford.

The county council has raised no objections but warned that if the local authority deems the car parks “not to be an established lawful use” then a separate application would need to be submitted, along with a traffic management study and flood risk survey.

Clarkson’s agent says there is already permission for 170 cars and the application simply seeks “the retention of the areas of hard-surfacing that have been provided”.

The agent urged planners to approve the application “without delay”.

A decision will be made at a later date.

Clarkson’s Farm star Jezza has previously faced planning battles over car parking and a new restaurant at his nearby Diddly Squat farm in the Cotswolds.

The petrol head delighted fans last month when his popular shop reopened for business.

Hundreds of eager fans queued in their droves to snap up the natural products.

But in a huge update, Diddly Squat Farm added a delivery option to fans who can't make it to the Cotswolds.

Clarkson's Farm fans in London, Brighton, Manchester and Bristol can order from Deliveroo from tomorrow with delivery in as little as 20 minutes.
