The YouTuber was enjoying a skiing holiday before a nasty fall resulted in medics rushing to her aide.
Posting on Instagram, Saffron told her followers she fell in the snow on the first day of her trip.
The 23-year-old could be seen lying in the snow while an emergency team checked her out.
She was then taken down by a stretcher before being medically assessed off the slopes.

Saffron said: "Well this isnt how i planned to ise this sound - storytime is needed..."
Worried fans flooded her with well wishes as one wrote: "Oh saff it would be you, i hope your okay though keep us updated my love."
A second said: "Bad luck. Get well soon."
