ITV viewers were left confused by Monday's episode of Tipping Point when host Ben Shephard hinted at a new episodes.
Ben, 48, told viewers that yesterday's episode was a "new series" and "new set", but was actually an episode from April 2021.
The presenter introduced the game show as new with never seen before contestants, however, in fact a two year old rerun.
He said: "Hello and welcome to Tipping Point. It's a brand new series, we've got a brand new set and four brand new players all hoping to win thousands of pounds."
Fans noticed it was a rerun as they took to Twitter and one said: "Nothing brand new about it."
Another wrote: "I actually remember this as one lol."

A third penned: "ANOTHER REPEAT".
A fourth commented: "You would have thought they would have edited out the new bit."
This comes after Ben penned an emotional post to his co-star and friend Kate Garraway.
The Good Morning Britain stars have been friends for over 20 years.

Ben took to Instagram on Thursday to congratulate Kate on her MBE for services to broadcasting, journalism and charity.
He posted a montage of photos from the momentous day, plus a sweet throwback from their decades of friendship.
Ben wrote: "She's been making [me] laugh for over 20 years (not least with the haircuts!!) and that continued today as we celebrated, smiled, laughed and more as @kategarraway was honoured with her MBE.
"It was so so special to see her Derek, Bill and Darcy along with her amazing parents altogether for such a special occasion.
"She never fails to inspire and infuriate me in equal measure and I wouldn't have it any other way!!
"Can't tell you how proud I was to see my friend honoured like this [and] to be surrounded by all their family friends and colleagues. Keep being you Kate - there is no one like you (thank goodness!!!)"
