When does the Amazon January Sale 2025 start?

As you'd expect, the sale officially kicks off on January 1, 2025, with a whole month of deals to shop.

We usually see the Boxing Day sale morph into the January sale, with some of the same great discounts kept going.

You’ll also be able to shop Amazon’s short lived ‘lightning deals’, but you’ll need to act fast on those. They offer the best discounts and if you blink you’ll miss them.

When does the Amazon January Sale end?

You guessed it! The sale runs for the entire month of January, which is good news for cash strapped shoppers.

Amazon treats its shoppers to savings throughout the first month of the New Year.

The deals seen this month are often a carry on of the bumper Boxing Day sale, with shoppers afforded plenty of opportunity to make considered purchases.

Amazon’s sales never disappoint, and at any point in the retail calendar, it's almost a shoo-in for big discounts.

Amazon often extends its return window for items bought during the festive season, which is great news for shoppers.

As it stands, most items purchased between November 1 and December 25 will be eligible for return until January 31, 2025 or within 30 days from receipt, whichever comes later.

So if you need to return those Christmas gifts that didn't quite hit the mark, you've got until the end of the month.

The usual 30-day return window came back for any items purchased after December 25, so to avoid any disappointment, head to the to find out more.
