THIS is the chilling moment the suspected Israeli embassy shooter screams "free Palestine" after gunning down a young couple.
Footage shows Elias Rodriguez, 30, being placed in handcuffs after allegedly confessing to killing two embassy workers in the disturbing Washington DC attack late on Wednesday.
Rodriguez, from Chicago, is accused of shooting dead the soon-to-be engaged couple at close range with a handgun just after 9pm.
President Donald Trump decried the bloodshed in the capital as "horrible" and said: "Hatred and Radicalism have no place in the USA."
The victims were named as Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim.
Yaron, a research assistant, and Sarah, who organised trips to Israel, were leaving an event at the Capital Jewish Museum.

The suspect then approached and opened fire after being seen pacing outside the building.
He was detained by security before being arrested by cops as he chanted "Free, free Palestine".
Rodriguez is understood to have been a far-left activist who had previously attended pro-Palestine marches.
A heartbreaking picture of the victims smiling was been released by Israel's US embassy as they paid a tribute to the two workers.

In a post on X, the embassy said the couple were "our friends and colleagues" and in "the prime of their lives".
Yechiel Leiter, Israel's ambassador to the US, later revealed Yaron, 28, had purchased a ring earlier in the week.
He had the "intention of proposing to his girlfriend next week in Jerusalem", Leiter added.
Flags are now being flown at half mast at Israeli government buildings in tribute.
And meanwhile, Prime Benjamin Netanyahu's office said the attack was a "terrible price of antisemitism and wild incitement against Israel".
The fatal shooting took place near the Capital Jewish Museum which sits just steps away from an FBI office and 2km from the White House lawn.
Washington DC's police chief, Pamela Smith, held a news conference last night and confirmed a lone suspect has been taken into custody - naming the alleged gunman as Rodriguez.
Unsettling footage has since been circulating on social media showing the Illinois native voicing his support for the Middle Eastern state as he is placed in handcuffs inside the museum.
Dressed in a suit with his shirt untucked, Rodriguez can be seen looking into the camera of a terrified onlooker as he loudly chants.
Police chief Smith said he confessed to carrying out the attack.
These horrible D.C. killings, based obviously on antisemitism, must end, NOW!

She explained: "Once in handcuffs, the suspect identified where he discarded the weapon, and that weapon has been recovered.
"He implied that he committed the offense."
Terrified witnesses have revealed that Rodriguez was seen walking around the museum before approaching the couple and two others.
The onlookers said they rushed over once hearing the gunshots but were initially unsure who was injured.
Some even went to help the shooter who had entered the building looking in some distress.
Yoni Kalin told Fox News: "He was clearly in trauma, he was in shock.
"Some of the people at the event sat him down, brought him water, asked if he was okay, and he was like 'call the cops'".
Less than 15 minutes later, he is said to have confessed to the double murder to police.
Cops are yet to establish a motive.
Deputy FBI Director Don Bongino said the suspect is now being interviewed by the police and America's top security agency.
Bongino said all the early indicators point towards the murders being "acts of targeted violence".
Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon, described the attack as "a depraved act of antisemitic terrorism".
He wrote on X: "We are confident that the US authorities will take strong action against those responsible for this criminal act."
Resurfaced images also appear to show Rodriguez at pro-Gaza demonstrations in the past.
Social media posts also claim he is affiliated with the Party for Socialism & Liberation in the US which is seen as far-left.
President Donald Trump took to Truth Social shortly after the shooting to also pay his respects to the couple.
He said: "These horrible D.C. killings, based obviously on antisemitism, must end, NOW!
"Hatred and Radicalism have no place in the USA.
"Condolences to the families of the victims. So sad that such things as this can happen! God Bless You ALL!"
Homeland Secretary Kristi Noem later described the attack as "senseless" - and vowed to "bring this depraved perpetrator to justice".
As Israel's president, Isaac Herzog, said he was "devastated".
In the wake of the attack, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered enhanced security measures across the world for his national diplomats.
The couple were attending a Young Diplomats event hosted by the American Jewish Committee at the museum on Wednesday night, CEO Ted Deutch confirmed.

The sold-out event was advertised as a night to " bring together Jewish young professionals and the DC diplomatic community".
Only last week, the Capital Jewish Museum was one of the local nonprofits in Washington awarded funding as part of a $500,000 grant programme looking to increase its security.
