Street sealed off by cops in Whitburn as man’s body found in house
Cops and emergency services raced to property in the quiet Main Street in the town this afternoon

COPS have launched a probe after the body of a man was found at a house in Whitburn, West Lothian.
We revealed how emergency services raced to the scene after the alarm was raised at 3.30pm yesterday afternoon.
Locals took to social media including Facebook after noticing the normally quiet town was swarming with cops.
Police are currently investigating the incident in Whitburn West Main Steet with a forensics team also at the scene.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Police in West Lothian are investigating the death of a man in Whitburn on Tuesday, December 27.
"Officers were called to a property in West Main Street at around 3.30pm following a report of concern for the male occupant.
"Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics and measures are being taken to notify next of kin.
"The death is currently being treated as unexplained pending further enquiries."
