When it comes to brows, proportion over perfection can create a beautifully balanced look - and the golden ratio rule can help to achieve it.
According to beauty brand Anastasia: ''The golden ratio method provides facial symmetry, using your unique bone structure to balance brows and determine their shape.''
The golden ratio is the ratio of a line segment that has been cut into multiple pieces of varying lengths.
The method divides any line at 1.618, known as Phi, or the Greek letter ϕ.

It creates a ratio that is proportional to both sides of the dividing line, and is believed to provide the most aesthetically pleasing outcome, whether that is a building design or proportions on someone's face.
Although make-up and maths might not seem like the most obvious combination, many are using the hack to master their eyebrows.
A social media influencer, Grace M Choi, even created a TikTok filter known as the 'golden ratio' hack, to help you achieve the best brow according to the method - and some stars have done just that.

The actress told Glamour UK: ''I do it all myself - I simply look in a magnifying mirror, get the tweezers and follow the line. I really think less is more and I like to mess them up.''
Lily will be gracing TV screens later this year with the hotly anticipated fourth season of her show which premieres in August 2024.
She recently wrapped up filming with an "insanely fun" after party.
She confirmed the news through an Instagram video on Thursday, May 16.
In the clip Lily is seen dancing behind a screen to Lizzo's 2 Be Loved.
